Delete your Estamos Bien account

From the app (fastest)

• Open Estamos Bien on your phone.
• Go to Settings → Delete my account and confirm.
• Your account is deleted right away.

If you no longer have the app

Email hola@estamosbien.app with the subject “Delete my account” and the phone number of your account. We confirm the number is yours before deleting it, and we let you know when it is done, within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name and phone number) and the phones registered for notifications.
• Your answers to alerts and any location saved with them.
• Your place in circles: you leave all your families.

What is kept

Our providers’ backups are erased on their normal cycle. We do not keep your data for any other purpose.
