What Estamos Bien is

An app that lets your family quickly confirm that everyone is OK, for example during an extortion call or an emergency. By using it you accept these terms.

It does not replace 911

Estamos Bien is not an emergency service. It does not notify the police or any emergency service. If someone is in danger, call 911.

Alerts may not arrive

Alerts depend on the internet, the cell network, Apple and Google, and each phone’s settings (notifications, battery, Do Not Disturb). We do everything we can so they arrive, but we cannot guarantee they always arrive or arrive on time. If someone does not answer, call them.

Your account

You must be at least 13. You are responsible for your phone and for what you do with your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings.

Acceptable use

Use the app only with your family and people who agree to be in your circle. Add people without a phone only with their or their family’s permission. Do not use it to harass, scare or deceive anyone, and do not try to access other families’ data.

Price

The roll call is free. If we offer paid features later, we will tell you the price before charging you anything.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages caused by alerts that do not arrive or arrive late, or by decisions made with information from the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without limiting the rights the law of your country gives you.
